Document Administration & Manager Dashboard

In our onboarding software, there are 3 levels of access, the employee, manager level and HR Administrator. It is set up this way so that the manager can view the employee files and complete the employer piece of the Federal I-9 once they see the employee’s documentation. They are also able to see all of those employees that are assigned to their division or department. Once the paperwork is submitted, the manager, can click on the employee file and see the forms that were submitted. From here, the forms can be printed or stored.
